01 · Plan

Plan the week

See what's due, what slipped and who has what, then move things around in a keystroke.

Your week at a glance

Today, Week and Board views of everything assigned to you, and everything you've handed to others. Switch to anyone's week or any project from one searchable list, or tick several to see their work together.

  • Overdue work rolls into today with a "days late" badge, so nothing quietly slips.
  • "Today" is each person's own today, in their own time zone.
  • Step through weeks with [ and ]. Your own past days fold away; anyone else's stay open.
  • Copy what got done in the days shown as a Markdown list, with the total effort, ready for a status update.
My week: everything assigned to you, with overdue work carried into today

Repeating tasks that don't pile up

Every weekday, every other Friday, the 2nd Tuesday of each month, or seven days after it was last done. Only one copy is open at a time.

  • Finishing a copy creates the next one on its next date. Missed dates are skipped, not stacked.
  • Skip a single copy, or edit it and choose whether future copies follow.
  • Checklists carry over to the next copy, unticked.
Repeating tasks: one open copy, upcoming ones shown as previews

Track effort, your way

Each project picks how it measures the work in a task: time spent, T-shirt sizes or story points, or nothing at all. Make it required, and ticking a task done asks for it first.

  • Time is one total per task, typed as 1h 30m, 90m or 1.5.
  • A project's day report, Copy summary and week add it up: "3 done · 6h 15m", "13 pts planned".
  • Assistants can read and record it too, and every change is in the history.
Effort, measured the way each project likes

What each project finished, any day

A project's view shows what it got done on any day, and what's still open. Copy it as text for a standup message or a client email.

  • Project descriptions tell people (and assistants) what belongs where.
  • Archived tasks are kept here, out of the way, ready to restore.

A board you can drag

Lay the week out as columns and drag a card to another day, or press ⇧← / ⇧→ on any task. Show as many weeks as you like side by side; the board scrolls as you drag.

  • Carried-over work stays pinned to the top of today.
  • Upcoming copies of repeating tasks show as faint previews.

Tasks that wait on other tasks

Say what a task is waiting on: one task or several, in any project. When dates clash, both sides light up, and you choose what moves.

02 · Notifications

Stay in the loop

Know what needs you without watching the screen: an inbox, tasks you follow, and notifications on every device.

An inbox for what needs you

The bell in the top bar collects what other people did that needs you: tasks given to you, and comments, completions and handovers on tasks you have or follow. It's there whether or not notifications are on.

  • A count on the bell shows what's new; opening it marks it seen.
  • Three comments on one task, or a whole handover, read as one line.
  • It's read from the task history, so nothing is stored twice and nothing piles up.
The inbox: what needs you, newest first

Follow the tasks you care about

Follow any task to hear about its comments, when it's done or reopened, and when it's handed on. Or add a teammate who should keep an eye on it.

  • Creators follow their tasks automatically, and can stop.
  • Commenting follows a task, so you hear the replies.
  • Press F to follow the task you're on.

Notifications on every device

Turn them on per phone or computer, and tap one to open the task. Your own Worker signs and sends them: no outside service, nothing to sign up for.

  • Choose what you hear about: new tasks, tasks you follow, an 8:00 morning summary.
  • Desktop browsers, Android, and iPhone once the app is on the Home Screen.

Live for the whole team

Changes show up for everyone within seconds, with nothing to refresh. Rows someone else just changed flash briefly.

Never told about your own changes

Only other people's changes reach you. When an assistant or a webhook acts for someone, it says so: "via Claude".

03 · Collaborate

Work through it together

One place for each task's details and conversation, with a record nobody can rewrite.

Everything about a task in one place

Each task has a project, a date, an owner and a priority, always. Add notes, a checklist, files and a conversation when you need them.

  • Drop files on a task or paste a screenshot to attach it.
  • Comments reach whoever has the task and everyone following it.
  • Empty sections fold away, so simple tasks stay simple.
One task: fields, checklist, files and the conversation

A history nobody can rewrite

Every change is recorded for good: who moved the date, who transferred it and why, who ticked what. The database itself refuses edits to the history.

  • A burst of changes by one person reads as one entry.
  • Nothing is deleted. Archived tasks can be restored by anyone on the project.
A history nobody can rewrite

Simple roles and access

Admins manage people and projects. Members see and work on tasks only in their projects, which suits clients and contractors.

All your Taskivities in one place

On your team's instance and your own? Connect them and work from one app: your tasks everywhere show in your day, week and board, the switcher lists every instance's people and projects, and their notifications reach your phone through your own. Each server stays independent; you just sign in to each one, once per device.

04 · Speed

Fast at the desk, handy on the go

Every action has a key, and the whole app fits in your pocket.

Every action has a key

Built for people who live on the keyboard. N for a new task, X to finish, D for the date, T to transfer, and ? to see the rest.

  • J / K and arrows move through lists, the board, menus and the date picker.
  • ⇧N, ⇧C and ⇧A jump straight to notes, the checklist or attachments.
  • ⌘Z undoes your last change.

On your phone, light or dark

Add Taskivities to your home screen and it opens like an app, with your team's own icon. Dark by default, or light, or following your system.

  • Phone layouts for every page, with room for the notch.
  • Upload your logo and app icon in Settings.

Links to everything

The address bar follows what you're looking at: someone's week, a project, several at once, the open task. Back and Forward work, and any view can be bookmarked or shared.

05 · Automate

Let your tools and assistants help

Connect Claude or any MCP client, and turn events from your other tools into tasks.

Works with Claude and other AI assistants

Connect Claude (or any MCP client) and ask "what's on my plate today?", "move the offsite to Monday" or "attach these notes". It signs in as you and follows the same rules.

  • Create, update, complete, transfer, comment, tick checklists and attach files.
  • Every change is marked "via Claude" in the history.
  • One-time upload links let Claude Code attach files from your computer.
Ask Claude about your tasks; every change it makes is recorded

Webhooks that turn events into tasks

Give GitHub, a form or Zapier an address. A new webhook collects a few sample requests, and you click their fields to decide what each task says.

  • Pick the project, the person (or match them by email), the due date and priority.
  • "Only when" filters and "skip repeats" keep the noise out.
  • A live preview shows exactly the task each request creates.

06 · Own it

Run it yourself

Open source and serverless. Your data stays in your own Cloudflare account, under your own name.

Open source, MIT licensed

Read every line, change anything, run it for as many teams as you like. No seats, no plans, no lock-in.

Runs on your own Cloudflare account

One Worker, one D1 database and an optional R2 bucket per team. Your data stays in your account, and small teams fit comfortably in Cloudflare's free and low-cost tiers.

Know when there's an update

Admins see "Update available" when a new release is published, with its notes and the three commands that deploy it.

Your name and logo

Replace the Taskivities name with your team's, or upload your own wordmark, logo and home-screen icon.

Try it in your browser

Sign in to the live demo as a sample teammate and click around, no sign-up needed. When you are ready for your own, the setup guide walks through every step.
